New laws are rolling in, and if you own or plan to buy an RV in Maryland, staying ahead of these changes could save you serious headaches.

Here's a quick breakdown:

🔴 New Motorhome Sales Ban (Coming 2027) Maryland is adopting the Advanced Clean Trucks rule, which will restrict the sale of NEW gas-powered motorhomes over 8,500 lbs GVWR. Already own one? You're fine — this only affects new purchases.

🛒 More RV Show Access Out-of-state dealers can now display at Maryland RV shows, giving buyers more options at events like the Maryland State Fairgrounds show.

🚫 Parking Rules Still Apply You can park on public streets during the day, but overnight street parking is still off-limits in most counties. Always check your local ordinances.
