⚡️Do you telegraph to others that you have what it takes to be in charge or to lead?
Executive Presence (EP) allows you to "own" the room, but Leadership Presence (LP) is equally important to allow you to lead others in creating and achieving common goals and having a sustained influence over time.
But what mix of skills and attributes are needed for LP? What's changed, and do you have these essential qualities?
Studies have shown that the core principles of LP remained remarkably the same despite the pandemic, social and political upheaval in the US and around the world and the rise of remote or Zoom work; however, we have seen a shift to a more inclusive leadership presence.
The good news is that experts agree that leadership presence is a ‘skill’ and not a ‘trait’. Presence, like leadership itself, is a skill that can be learned and must be cultivated to become second nature.
