We haven’t been able to find anyone to partner with. Most of you don’t know but we have 5 kids and my health hasn’t been great.
We need to condense down to 1 store so that we have full control over quality.
We are now looking for a lease takeover for our Parsons location.
The details: at this price it won’t last long! We are keeping it cheap for a quick easy transfer!
We are asking an affordable $35,000 for everything inside the building for you to turn it into whatever restaurant you have been dreaming of. It has a make table, a mixer, tons of refrigerator and freezer space, salad bar, soda machine, drink cooler, tons of TVs, and pos system with register and safes already in place. We have 3 years left on the least in which you would sign over to your name.
Everything in the store has been continuously serviced or replaced and everything is in working order. We do not unsafe equipment just so anyone interested knows this information! You may need to add different ovens or thing that fit your model better is the only thing!
The only paperwork that would need signed is the lease paperwork since we are not transferring the actual business over to you.
