Stadium Fit this week ~ Tuesday 12:00p - 12:45p.

We will try to get an evening session in next week when the forecast isn’t 105° 🥵

🎯 Goal - 12 up and down with 10 reps of active rest in between.

‼️If you’re new at doing stairs, please go at your own pace, walk if you want to, take breaks as needed.

Going down the stairs ⬇️ can be challenging, I never take my eyes off of the steps!
