Meet Coach Kate đȘ
Kate brings positive energy, fun coaching, and a passion for helping athletes move better and get stronger. No matter where theyâre starting from, sheâs all about good vibes, solid fundamentals, and pushing you to be your best in every class.
A few things about Coach Kate:
1. I found CrossFit in 2015. One of my friends started it, and I was so amazed how fit she was, so I decided I was going to try it too. I started coaching in 2022 and obtained my L2 in 2025.
2. My favorite thing about coaching is helping people do things they never thought they could do. Itâs so wonderful seeing people get their first box jump, or go upside down for the first time. It makes me so excited to be a small part of it.
3. My dream workout is Nancy, 5 rounds of 400 meter run and 15 overhead squats at 65/95. Itâs such a good test of aerobic capacity, mobility and weightlifting.
4. I like using my fitness outside the gym as much as possible. You can find me mountain biking, hiking, running, swimming, gardening, playing with my cats or doing anything else outside.
