Mayor Pulkit Desai and the Township of Parsippany-Troy Hills invites our seniors and eligible residents to an informative session at the Parsippany Senior Center, presented by Thai Nguyen in partnership with NORWESCAP RSVP and AmeriCorps Seniors.

Learn how to navigate key property tax relief programs and maximize your benefits:

Senior Freeze: For eligible residents who own/live in a mobile park or home.

ANCHOR: Property tax relief for eligible homeowners and renters.

StayNJ Program: Assistance with property tax payments (up to $6,500) for eligible residents.

📋 Eligibility:

Must be age 65 or older OR receive Social Security disability payments to qualify for all programs.
