Game #15

Note 📝 CC: Our Captain Manoj G

We have a lot to say about every ball today, but here’s the short story. We lost the toss and were sent in to bat. Jainil gave us a flying start, Dinesh powered through at the end, but the real fireworks came in the middle overs — *The AB Show.* An unbeaten 88 with 10 towering sixes, six of them sailing out of the park! With a solid 167 on the board, our bowlers came out breathing fire. 4 wickets in the first 3 overs, and the tone was set. Prashant R and Chirag were unplayable — sending half their side back to the dugout for just 11 runs combined. They also hit a couple of boundaries but the target was far-fetched.
Eventually, we bundled them out under 80. *That’s the response we needed! We didn’t just win — we crushed it.*
This is what happens when we bring our A-game. Let’s carry this fire through the tournament!

Game #13

*Brief Summary of Today's Game:*

The opposition won the toss and asked us to bat.
It was a good chance to test how much we could score without Amol, who's been our consistent top scorer.
Nimitt and Prashant batted well in the first 5 overs taking us to 33/1.
I came in at No. 4 — as our vice-captain suggested.
With AB at the other end, we made full use of the Powerplay, reaching 71 in 8 overs. In the 2nd half, we scored 84, thanks to a brilliant finish by *Dinesh. (45 off 24 balls, grabbed his 3rd MoM Trophy)*
Chasing 155 in 16 overs against the likes of Saket, Chirag, and Dinesh was always going to be difficult and the final scorecard says it all. Together they took 6 wickets in 7 overs, conceding less than 30 runs — and 4 of those overs came in the Powerplay.
With match-winners like these in our arsenal, we’ve got the flexibility to experiment which we did — and still dominate.
Another clinical team performance.

*Win No. 13 in a row.*

*A big thank you to Ramesh bhai, Prasanth R and Nimitt to be available on very short notice*

Game #12

Note 📝 Courtesy G aka Captain

Brief Summary of today's game:

We won the toss (again!) and chose to bat first.
Dinesh and Vishal Bhai opened with a target of 150+ in mind. Unfortunately, Dinesh fell early, but Vishal Bhai kept the scoreboard ticking with a couple of crisp boundaries. Kiran supported him well, taking us to 45 in 8 overs.

In the second half, Aakash and Saket provided good support to Amol. After quick dismissals of Chirag and me, the momentum could’ve dipped but Amol kept pushing, taking us to 80+.
Prashant came with 8 balls to go. He began with a classy cover drive (my favorite shot of the game!) and followed it up with two stunning sixes – one over square leg and another over off-side. His knock powered us to a total of 105.
In the mid-innings discussion, we decided to restrict them to 50 – and we almost did it!
Jagan, as usual, started strong, and the rest followed that rhythm beautifully. Saket and Dinesh were absolutely lethal – almost unplayable at one point.
Kiran and Prashant took over in the latter half and ensured no comeback was possible.
Overall, a fantastic team performance from start to finish.
This was win number 12. Let’s keep the momentum going! 💪🏽🔥

Game Summary:

We won the toss and chose to bat. Ask was to score 100-110, considering the very thick grass on the outfield.

Amol and Aakash started cautiously. Once the PP began, Aakash got out cheaply, but Amol went big - smashing 5 sixes, taking us to 55/1 in 8 overs.
In the next 8 overs, *Amol* continued his power hitting and scored *66 off 49.*

While Prashant and I chipped in with a few boundaries.
Our vice-captain *Saket* came in with a different plan and a bigger target, hammering 5 big sixes and scoring *40 off 19* balls, helping us post a strong *145/5* in 16 overs.

In bowling, Jagan and Prashant started brilliantly, and Chirag and Dinesh crushed them in the middle overs to get them out for 23.

A truly dominating win, our 11th in a row.

Now it’s time to stay focused, stay hungry, and push for the perfect season.

**Note from G aka Captain

Hello Boys !!

It wasn’t a great performance from our side.
The opposition had only 10 players on the field.
Yes, we won – but we should’ve secured the bonus point too.

Being in the top 2 of the tournament doesn’t automatically make us a good team.
As Amol rightly said, we haven’t dominated a single game so far.
For the first time in life, we won a cricket game and still didn’t feel happy about it.
Let’s take this as a wake-up call – we need to improve.

Game #8

🏏 Match Summary – Victory with Dominance! 💥

We won the toss and chose to bat first.
Sachin Bhai began with a couple of classy sweeps, but both openers fell in single digits.
@⁨Dinesh V TCS Cricket⁩ and Amol made the most of the powerplay, taking us to 61/2 in 8 overs.
Prashant joined the show with some elegant shots. All three looked set for big scores, but couldn't convert.
A sudden collapse followed — 3 quick wickets and we were 7 down in no time.
Gaurav, as always, anchored the innings steadily, and a late blitz from @⁨Ramesh Patel⁩ powered us to a competitive 114 in 16 overs.

Captain’s ask: restrict them under 60 — and the bowlers delivered!
We struck early, taking 3 wickets before the powerplay.
@⁨Sachin Mishra⁩ bhai and @⁨Chirag Patel PPXI⁩ bowled outstanding spells, backed by a full team bowling effort that saw them all out for under 60.
Everyone fielded good But @⁨~Gaurav Shukla⁩'s 3 catches were highlight. 👏👏
🔥 @⁨Amol Ligade Cricket⁩ shined again with his all-round performance, earning his 2nd MoM of the season.💪💪
🙏 Special thanks to @⁨Prashant Desarda⁩ for stepping up and convincing the opposition captain to play the game when it was nearly called off.
💪 Brilliant team effort. Let’s keep this momentum rolling!

Game # 7

Saturday's Game Summary

We lost the toss again and were asked to bowl first. Playing our first game at Smithfield this season, we made the most of our home advantage and never let the opposition settle.
With one of the best fielding units of the season – we took 2 run-outs and a couple of brilliant catches.
The bowling unit, led by an unplayable combo of Dinesh and Saket, kept striking regularly. Drew, Prashant, and I supported them well in restricting the opponents to just 61.
Chasing 62, Ajit started cautiously, while Jainil played some classy square cuts and cover drives. AB came in and added a few boundaries before Ajit started his *Power Play* in the Powerplay, playing a blazing knock to earn his 1st Orange Cap for the Isotopes 👏👏👏.
Saket, in only his second game, was in top form with 3 wickets, and a stunning catch, and took home his first MoM of the season.
A brief rain delay stopped the game for a few minutes but couldn't stop us from getting the bonus point.

Let’s keep the momentum going.
Go Isotopes! 💪💪

Game 6 against BJCC

🏏 Yesterday’s Game Summary

We lost the toss and were put in to bat first. It wasn’t an ideal start — we lost 2 quick wickets in the first 4 overs. But @⁨Chirag Patel Cricket⁩ and @⁨~Gaurav Shukla⁩ stabilized the innings in PP, putting up 40 runs in 8 overs.
The outfield was bad due to recent rain, Gaurav and I pushed the score to 80 in the next 5 overs. On any other day, 4–5 of Gaurav's strokes would’ve been easy boundaries, but we had to settle for singles. Gaurav ended up top-scoring for us and took home the Orange Cap 🧡👏.
@⁨Saket Somvanshi⁩ and @⁨Prashant Desarda⁩ provided a strong finish, helping us post a competitive 107 in 16 overs.

With the ball, we started decent, conceding 18 runs in 1st 4 overs.
As soon as the PP began, we turned up the heat — @⁨Jagannadh Swarna⁩ and Chirag bowled brilliantly giving away just 6 runs and picking up quick wickets.
Everyone fielded well, @⁨Vishal Joshi⁩ took a brilliant run out grabbing the pin for this game 📌📌.
We rotated the bowling options and everyone stepped up. Special mention to MoM performanceby @⁨Jainil ParStickers⁩ for his brilliant spell of 4-0-18-2, Congratulations! 💐💐
Assisted by Blue cap winner, our top wicket taker for the season @⁨Prashant Desarda⁩.👌👌

A big shoutout to *Ram* @⁨Jagannadh Swarna⁩ and @⁨Saket Somvanshi⁩ for stepping in at the last minute and contributing to the team’s effort. 🙏🙏

Game #3

"Three wins in a row, great achievement, boys!!
We won the toss and decided to field, considering the unfamiliar conditions and the absence of most of our strike bowlers. So, we opted for the safer option.

Prashant and Chirag started brilliantly, with Drew leading the attack in both the powerplay and death overs—together taking 6-7 wickets in their 10 overs.

The weather was a bit hot and humid today, so Jainil, Abhi, and I also rolled our arms over to give them a breather. Fielding, apart from one or two incidents, was solid as always. With three run-outs, we bowled them out for just 66.

The plan was to chase this down in 8 overs, but we lost three early wickets in the process. However, Amol finished it off in 9.3 overs with a blistering knock of 39 runs. Prashant supported him well in the middle and grabbed the Man of the Match award with his extraordinary figures of 4 for 4 in 2.2 overs.

As I said earlier—it’s three in a row! We’re just getting started. Onward and upward,

Game #4

Massive congratulations, team! Four wins on the trot – can’t ask for better than this.

We won the toss and decided to field. Our bowling was so disciplined that they couldn't hit a single six and were restricted to just 58. Everyone bowled well. There wasn't much to do in the batting, but Kiran and Gaurav batted exceptionally to chase this down.

For me, fielding was the key difference between the two teams. They dropped 3-4 easy catches, while we took 3-4 extraordinary ones. It started with Drew, then Gaurav, Sada, and the highlight of the game – *that one-handed running catch by Prashant at long off.* It says a lot about the kind of improvement each one of us has brought to our game.

I know we've had our share of challenges – from squad shortages to last-minute adjustments – but remember, it's not just about the numbers. It’s about the heart and fight each one of you brings to the field.

Keep pushing, keep believing, and let’s keep this momentum rolling. Proud of you all!

🏏 5th Game Summary

After losing the toss, we were put into bat. @⁨Amol Ligade Cricket⁩ and Ajit gave us a good start, racing to 41 in the first 6 overs. One of Amol’s six was easily the shot of the season – pure timing!
@⁨Prashant Desarda⁩ held the middle order together with a solid performance. On a tricky pitch, 86/9 in 16 overs felt like a fighting total as the rest of the lineup found it tough to score.
The second inning started with heavy rain for a few minutes and suddenly It was tough to even walk, but none of us hesitated to play.
Our fielding was outstanding – not a single catch dropped. Special shout-out to @⁨Abhishek Parekh cricket⁩ at point for his extraordinary stops and to @⁨Chirag Patel Cricket⁩ for that pressure catch of their power hitter.
The game hung in the balance until the 13th over, but Dinesh’s incredible 3-wicket over turned the match decisively in our favor. With his first-ever fifer, including a stunning hat-trick, @⁨Dinesh V TCS Cricket⁩ is undoubtedly the Man of the Match – his second in just four games.🫡🫡

A big thank you to everyone who helped set up the ground and clear those puddles.
A special mention to @⁨Jainil ParStickers⁩ for checking the ground conditions late at night and then early in the morning, and for managing the videos and other behind-the-scenes efforts.🙏🙏
Lastly, a huge shout-out to our little brother, @⁨Ajit Ligade⁩ – traveling from New Hampshire, unwell, and still showing up on time when the game itself had just a 50% chance of happening. Hats off, brother. We’re all eagerly waiting for your special knock! ❤️

Proud of this team. Let’s keep this momentum going!
