We had a couple more course records set at the 2026 Tom Schreiber Memorial 5K and 1 Mile!

- Nancy Soehnlen (BIB 3627) set a new women's course record of 6:19 for the 1 Mile!

- Susie McCarthy (BIB 3582) set a new women's course record for the combo event (combined time from the 1 Mile and 5K) of 30:37!

Both participants will receive free entry to the 2027 Tom Schreiber Memorial 5K and 1 Mile. Congratulations!

Tom Schreiber Memorial 5K – Air Quality Update

We are closely monitoring the current air quality conditions and weather forecast leading up to race day. We have seen forecasts predicting conditions to improve significantly overnight.

As of now, the Tom Schreiber Memorial 5K and 1 Mile will take place as scheduled on Saturday at 8:00 AM (1 Mile) and 8:30 AM (5K). We will continue to monitor conditions and communicate any changes should they become necessary.

We encourage each participant to make the decision that is best for their own health and comfort. Please take any precautions you feel are appropriate based on your personal circumstances.

We sincerely appreciate your understanding and continued support of the 2026 Tom Schreiber Memorial Scholarship Fund. Your participation helps us honor Tom's legacy while supporting future scholarship recipients.
