Shooters, here are some final items.
Shooters meeting will be Saturday morning at 745, shooting at 8am. Sunday shooting at 8am as well. Schedule will be 3 stages Saturday before lunch, 2 after. Dinner in the grassy area after that. Sunday will be 3 stages, lunch, awards, random prize table and then done. After your last stage Sunday we will tear down each stage. There will be some water on each stage, but bring your own snack and drinks. Weather is looking to be amazing, but anything is possible in Parma. Setup starts Friday at 0800 at the target shed. If you are ROing, please come by the range sometime Friday if possible, if not come early Saturday.
We seem to barely have enough ROs, but if you have a friend that wants to come help or spectate, bring them! We will have some juniors helping, so bring some cash for tips, you’d make their weekend. Plan on 8 stages all with high round counts. Per team you will need 300ish rounds per gun, plus 50-60 long range rifle. There will be mandatory slug targets on most stages. If you are camping, please try to make one trip in with your vehicle to drop off your camper and one trip out when you leave. We like to keep the traffic on the grass to a minimum to prevent additional ruts and damage to the turf. In addition to that, please don't forget to do the lawn bomb walk after your pet has finished their business. Camping spots are first come first serve. $15 a night or $25 a night for powered spots. Lunch is provided both Saturday and Sunday. Our title sponsor, Liberty Lubricants, also provide a great meal Saturday night. It’s a fun social event, you’re welcome to bring toys and have fun. We are setting up on Friday at 8am and shooting Saturday. See you soon. Aaron
