If needed, BBS will take action to protect staff. Violators may be denied service and prosecuted for any crimes committed.
Customer (Seko) recently brought scooter in for tube change. This customer did not understand the difficulty of this process, and called us unethical because we charged $10 more than last time. We are now considering not servicing scooters, as they are very time consuming, and this is not something under our control. Difficult customer results in less opportunity for helping others.
