Crystal started her 1st journey in 2016 and from there has taken her physique to a pro stage as a competitor and her most recent show she placed 2nd!!! Such an Amazing Journey to watch over the years.

Both my wife Diana Chaloux LaCerte and I have had the opportunity in working with her.

Crystal is the type of person that when she commits to something she is "ALL IN" that level of dedication has helped her to achieve some amazing things.

A lot of fitness "influencers" have been saying, “Weight loss is 80% nutrition.” (Often, they're selling a diet).

Maybe you've said something like that yourself before. I admit it, I used to say "bodybuilding is 80% nutrition" simply because that's what one of my early mentors taught me and I was just parroting it back.

But this statement is not founded on a shred of science. This is only another (maybe well-intentioned) sound bite implying that you can cancel out calories burned through exercise with a poor diet, so prioritize diet.

Closer to the truth is, “It’s 100% nutrition and 100% training.” While we’re at it, it’s 100% mindset too! "

It's not just "one thing" or mostly one thing that drives your results. Put your 100% commitment and effort into ALL of these elements, not one of them and you'll be amazed at what happens.

Most people over complicate meal planning... it’s actually very simple...

Meal planning can be as easy as creating a template for yourself - it’s not about making seven days of completely unique meal plans dialed in to the calorie and macro gram with every food chosen in advance ...

If you simply create a daily eating schedule based on your own personal choice of meal frequency and meal timing and you also have a meal template (like 1: lean protein, 2: fibrous carb or fruit, and 3: starchy carb (or whole grain), you’re 90% of the way there ...

You can use your template as a guide and exchange foods very easily...

One of the simplest daily meal plan templates is 3 meals with one evening protein-based meal, snack or dessert
