This is .ordonez12 demonstrating angled receiving with wrist weights. This is working on catching the right angle of the baseball and working it back to the middle of the plate! Santiago is a 2022 commit!

This is we are using the weighted vest and black 50lb resistance band and all we are focusing on is his foot work going in the right direction with some tension fighting against him!

When working with younger aged catchers it is best to build the fundamentals and correct movements! This drill is a short hop being thrown practicing a pick and throw to second base! The main focus for this drill is to focus on throwing side foot to be in the right direction towards your target this is a progression of the drill where you roll the ball to the catcher with no glove and he does the same movements!!
