The high- summer crop is packed.

Bringing the first full run of the beeswax sweet corn alongside the last of the early season berries and figs to the market tomorrow Saturday 6/20.

Light the Jetty, open a cold drink, and eat. Don’t make it complicated.
1 tomato.
1 English cucumber.
A pinch of garlic.
A splash of red vinegar.
Mix them in a cold bowl, and serve along side seafood.
To give the chefs kiss: add a spring of mint or dill to the top.
