🎉 10 YEARS STRONG 🎉

Tomorrow we celebrate 10 incredible years of Strong Tower Fitness!

What started as a vision to help people become stronger—physically, mentally, and spiritually—has grown into something far greater than a gym. It has become a family.

Over the past decade we’ve shared countless workouts, personal victories, competitions, challenges, laughs, and memories. We’ve watched people discover confidence, achieve goals they never thought possible, and build friendships that extend far beyond the walls of our gym.

Strong Tower Fitness has always been about more than fitness. It’s about community. It’s about faith. It’s about encouraging one another to become the best version of ourselves—one rep at a time.

To every member, coach, volunteer, family member, and friend who has been part of this journey: thank you. You are the reason Strong Tower Fitness is what it is today.

Here’s to the memories we’ve made, the lives that have been changed, and the next chapter still ahead.

FINAL FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS – OPEN 26.3 🔥

This Friday we wrap up the 2026 CrossFit Open with our final Friday Night Lights, and we’re going out with a BLACK OUT NIGHT.

Wear all black, bring the energy, and help us finish the Open strong as our athletes take on Workout 26.3.

📅 Friday Night
🚪 Doors Open: 4:30 PM
🔥 First Heat: 5:00 PM

Stick around because we’ll be firing up the grill for a post-workout cookout and celebrating an awesome Open season together.

⚠️ Reminder:
There will be NO 12:00 PM class and NO 5:30 PM class on Friday as we prepare for Friday Night Lights.

Come compete, come cheer, or just come hang out.
Let’s pack the gym one more time and send the Open off strong. 💪

Another incredible night at the gym as our community took on CrossFit Open Workout 26.2 together.

From the first heat to the final rep, the energy in the room was unreal. Athletes pushed through tough rounds, teammates cheered at the top of their lungs, and the whole gym came alive the way it always does during the Open.

This is what makes Friday Night Lights so special.
Not just the workouts — but the people.

Huge shoutout to everyone who competed, judged, cheered, and helped make the night unforgettable. 👊
