WV Killer Bees WV Killer Bees Baseball Team is a travel team from the Mid-Ohio Valley. We have two age groups for the upcomining 2025 season.

We will be having and 8U Team and a 9U Team.

That's a wrap on the 2024 WV Killer Bees.

Finished the season on a high note taking home the championship in Grayson, KY.

3 years ago we started this team as a Rec All-Star team when these boys were 5 and 6 years old. Now 2 years later The Bees are playing ball all around WV and surrounding states.

This team has grown so much this year playing flawless baseball at times and struggling at times.

At the end of the day, we want the kids to not only play baseball at a high level but enjoy playing and make amazing memories.

To the 9U Bees, keep striving to be great and lead by example. Have fun and give 110% all the time.

We have been a very young team every time we taken the field the past few years and for the 2025 season, we will be splitting up into two teams to let the youngins be top dogs in 8U next season.

This past weekend didn't go 100% as planned with the end result, but them bees boys had some tight games. Went 0-1-1 in pool play losing 10-7 and having a 3-3 tie.

Second day bats started to heat up some winning one game and dropping a semifinal game in the bottom of the 6th 6-7.

As always we're proud of the boys as they battled. Balls just were popping up. Great tournament to get warmed up for our last tournament of the Bees season!

With all the hustle and bustle with football and rec all stars. We forgot to post about our last tournament at the dugout. Rained out day 1. Came back day 2 and had the morning blues. Regrouped and started playing some really great baseball.

Beat a team in the championship game that we only scored 1 run on that morning by 12 runs. It was a long day but the boys got some new hardware taking home some nice belts.

Thanks to Premier Athletics for being great hosts in the Made in America tournament.

All 12 Bees Boys were in action this weekend!

Lean and Wheeler were in Athens for a Rec All Star Tournament.

The other 10 were at Worthington Little League All Star Tournament repping there teams.

The championship game at Worthington featured 10 of our Bees Boys (minus Hayden at Church Camp) battling it out in a game that had all kinds of emotions and ultimately ending in a 1 point game with Orange Crush taking the Championship and Worthington All Stars coming in second.

You can tell that the Bees are all leaders on there respective teams and we are so proud to be apart of what these boys are doing.

All the coaches and fans were so supportive and respectful in a great competitive game!
