Several inquiries about the total acreage of the pond and depth. Total acreage of pond is 10.0 acres (Google Maps) and the depth is 10'-12' at the deepest point.

This 25-acre plot, located in Elmo Township (Ottertail County), provides easy access from County Road 136 and 580th Avenue. Plot has 8-year history in MN CRP program planted with Pheasant grasses/wildflowers. Trees on the west side of pond are well established and abundant with deer (satellite imagery showing immature trees is dated). Fording site on south side of pond is optimal for duck boats. Vehicular access if you are using a trailer is via 580th Avenue alongside homeowner's driveway (not via driveway). Vehicles without trailers can access property on southeast side from County Road 136. Suitable for waterfowl, pheasant, turkey, and deer hunting. Parkers Prairie has food and lodging options (Grand Stay) available for those out-of-town hunters.

This 18-acre plot is located in Parkers Prairie Township (Ottertail County). It provides easy access from Highway 29 for a quick hunt. Plot has nearly 10-year history in MN CRP program planted with Pheasant grasses/wildflowers. Deer transit south-to-north/north-to-south on the east side of property (next to Graven Lake area). Tree line on the north side or property is included in the 18 acres (south side tree line) is not included. Suitable for pheasant, turkey, and deer hunting. Congrats to Tom H for leasing out 80 acres in Otter Tail Co with long history of bears traversing the property as well as plentiful deer and turkey in the area. Tom will undoubtedly enjoy multiple hunting seasons in this part of West-Central Minnesota.
