REMINDER - We are close for Memorial day weekend Friday May 22nd - Monday May 25th!

Hours may vary for our other programs (JKD, Kali, Kickboxing, Muay Thai & BJJ). If you are unsure please check with your instructor.

As we head into Memorial Day weekend, I hope you all have a chance to relax, spend time with loved ones, and enjoy the weekend off. Memorial Day is also a time to remember and honor the brave men and women who gave their lives while serving our country. Their sacrifice has made many of our freedoms possible, and it’s important that we take a moment to reflect with gratitude and respect.

Wishing you all a safe, meaningful, and enjoyable holiday weekend. Look forward to seeing you back next week!

REMINDER - There are NO CLASSES Tomorrow Saturday 4/18 for Black Belt Testing. Instead, tune into the livestream on our youtube channel to cheer on your fellow students at their biggest test yet!

LAST CALL to Sign up for our 3-school tournament!!! The deadline to sign up is THIS THURSDAY!! All students (all ages & experience levels) are strongly encouraged to compete! It is MARCH 28TH at PAMA (Parker location). Our events include Board breaking, traditional forms, sparring or tag pull AND we have add-on events too!!! We have creative musical weapons and forms and NEW THIS YEAR we have PADDED SWORD FIGHTING! (limited spots available) The first to sign up gets the most advantageous placement for competing so don't wait.
