Huge thank you to everyone who spent part of their Labor Day on the mats with us for today’s noon class!

With decades of competition experience and a legendary career in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Megaton brings a wealth of knowledge, technique, and experience that you can learn from firsthand. From world-class judo throws to pressure-based techniques, this is a chance to add new tools to your game directly from one of the sport’s most respected practitioners.
