Southfork Sports Complex North Texas' premier baseball and softball training facility. The facility is comprised of four buildings, the "Player Development Center", "Team Indoor Cages", "Team Outdoor Cages", and "The Fieldhouse", as well as our outdoor practice field with full-sized, artificial turf infield. Our five acre facility includes over 100,000 square feet of practice and training space fo

r athletes and teams. Southfork Sports Complex is also the home of Champion Sports Performance, which offers world-class sports performance training in the "Building of Champions"- a 10,000 square foot climate-controlled training facility with over 30 yards of indoor turf space for speed & agility training as well as custom weight racks and an array of equipment for developing strength and power. Athletes also build speed on the outdoor 80-yard turf Sprinting Strip that features markers to help athletes train to get faster and improve their 40- and 60-yard sprints.

Meet Coach Richie Laurin!

We’re excited to welcome Coach Richie to the Southfork coaching staff!

Richie brings just over a decade of coaching experience, including three years at the collegiate level and seven years developing youth players. A Dallas native, Richie played catcher at both Lake Highlands High School and then Schreiner University. He specializes in catching and hitting instruction, with a strong emphasis on fundamentals, confidence, individualized development, and building a lasting love for the game.
