June boom basketball and Soccer started this week. Tuesday was a bust with the rain for our bball kids. And we are starting off weird with messed up times . CORRECT TIMES: 18months-3 year olds are at 9am & 3+ is at 10am. Please send me a message if you are confused or needing a makeup. MORE June SESSION NOTES: Basketball is at O’Brien park all 4 weeks . Soccer is at O’Brien for week 1,3,&4. Week 2 is at auburn hills for boom soccer! Apologies for the week 1 chaos!

Coach Traci is seeking to work with mom groups or private yoga lessons with people who want to learn more about kids Yoga as well as advance their yoga practice 💣🧘Description: Boom Yoga Family - 1-2 hours - The first 40 mins is time for everyone in the family to get their body moving and flowing together plus as a parent you will be learning basic children sun salutations and mindfulness techniques to add in to your child’s daily routines.
The second half your child will have an opportunity to color a yoga worksheet, and/or free choice, like coloring book, toys, ipad etc. This way as a parent you can have some focused time to advance your yoga practice while also knowing your child is safe within the small group time. 🐝🤸I am also open to discuss nutrition, human design, homesteading ideas, astrology readings, beekeeping and more during our time together.
