If your perfect Friday night includes puppy snuggles, belly laughs, and moving your body, this workshop has your name written all over it.

Join us for a playful, feel-good evening where adorable puppies wander the room while you stretch, breathe, and soak up all the joy. Expect plenty of wagging tails, puppy kisses, photo ops, and a gentle, all-levels yoga practice that’s guaranteed to leave you smiling.
