Tessa Gordon's Pure Energy Martial Arts Tessa Gordon offers premier training in the Korean traditional martial art of Tae Kwon Do. Classes are for kids (starting at age 3), teens and adults.

Her classes are unique, offering cardio, strength and agility training to increase performance and strengthen motor skill development. FALL & WINTER CLASS SCHEDULE
