Pantra has been apart of the Park Ridge sports program since 2017. Over the years Pantra has coached spirit cheer, competitive PRC teams, served as director of both the Spirit and Competitive programs, as well as, serve on the Park Ridge Sports Inc board of director’s.

Pantra Your time, leadership, and commitment have made a lasting impact—not only on the athletes, but on their families and the community as a whole.

We are truly grateful for everything you have given over the years. Your contributions will be remembered and appreciated for a long time to come. 🖤❤️

Tryouts will be held on Tuesday, January 14,2026 and Wednesday, January 15, 2026 at the Oakton sports complex in Park Ridge.
