Race report from 1-10-26. Flickerwood King of the Indoors Series race #2

Heat Race 4th ➡️ 4th
Feature 7th ➡️ 6th

Had some major changes to the car over the past month. Dad really got it lined out for me. It handled so different. It took awhile to get used to. My feet position is different, the way I enter the corners had to change, and overall handling of the car.

Last night was purely about getting laps in the car and getting it figured out. While we learned a lot last night, we avoided even more. Last nights feature was chaotic at best, I’m just glad i survived. I dont agree with some decisions made last night, im thankful for the opportunity to hit the track and get some more laps under my belt. I got to spend some with my family and have fun and thats really what it’s all about.

Thanks to Brian for giving us a series to run in the winter.

Huge shoutout to my number 1, my dad. Without you, I wouldn’t be able to do this.

Had a blast at the Doe Run Raceway Race Banquet Saturday night!! Huge shout out to Tommy! Thanks for going all out on the trophies and the driver giveaways!!

I received my trophies for 3rd in points for LO 206 intermediate kart and Rookie of the Year!! Also got to bring home some sweet giveaways!

Race recap Freedom of Speech Therapy Outlaw Winged Nationals

Friday night- ended up getting 4th in the feature with a fast track! Mid-race I came in contact with a rogue tire. Did you know that you can ramp a caged cart? Well, I did. Sorry Mom, didnt mean to give you a heart attack.

Saturday night- ended up getting 9th in the feature. Ended up having a few issues but I wouldn’t of been able to make it back out on the track without my dad and Brody.

I learned a lot this weekend and I had a blast! I always love getting to race and hang out with my friends at the track. Now is back to the shop to make some changes and fix the damages.
