POP UP CLASS this Thursday 9:30am, RESILIENT RESISTANCE.

With an abundance of activities located out our door, we want to be resilient through every season! Located in the gym, this one hour session will be split into upper and lower body resistance training with stretch incorporated in between. Our goal is to provide a safe and comfortable environment to maintain or introduced resistance training, while incorporating static and dynamic stretching. Looking forward to seeing you!

Feeling all the feels as I transition with this season to 💛 I am excited to grow with physical therapists, pilates professionals and like minded women.

My 🔟 coaching years introduced me to some of my dearest friends and I am forever grateful for the knowledge and experience I walk away with.

As a coach: I know that I don't have all the answers and there are a many things outside my expertise. That's where the team comes in. I refer clients to Pelvic Floor Specialists, Physical therapists, Chiropractors, other trainers, you name it. The overall goal is a well rounded healthy client.

Looking back at my first pregnancy (2016) I was so determined to show everyone and myself what I could still do while pregnant, instead of what would benefit me in the postpartum. When working with clients now I want to know what their goals are and what is going to transfer best to their postpartum. Do they want to get back to lifting heavy, let’s do it, but let’s start with more strict movements and modify body position. Want to get back to cardio? I’m here for it! Let’s connect with our pelvic floor first ♥️

When it comes to training while pregnant and postpartum, I believe this statement whole heartedly. It can be really easy to look at all the things you CAN'T do and turn a blind eye to ALL the things you CAN do. That's where finding a trained professional to guide you is KEY.
