POP UP CLASS this Thursday 9:30am, RESILIENT RESISTANCE.
With an abundance of activities located out our door, we want to be resilient through every season! Located in the gym, this one hour session will be split into upper and lower body resistance training with stretch incorporated in between. Our goal is to provide a safe and comfortable environment to maintain or introduced resistance training, while incorporating static and dynamic stretching. Looking forward to seeing you!
