~ Ensure Superintendents, Asst. Superintendents, and hourly staff are professionally trained and mentored to accomplish the daily/seasonal activities of the department.

~ Experience with bunker renovation projects preferred (planned upcoming bunker renovation projects in next 1-2 years)

~ Winter work consists of snow removal and equipment maintenance projects in addition to planning for the following season.
