𝙒𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙚 𝙞𝙩 𝙖𝙡𝙡 𝙗𝙚𝙜𝙖𝙣….
It was 2 years on July 24th that we took our very first appointment as “Sharp Sports Medicine” it was just Jared (Dr. Sharp) and I (Whitley) — we had just taken a HUGE life changing risk and jumped in with both feet (well actually, basically every cell in our body… because our life depended on it!) We did the first several appointments by ourselves, making due with what we had. But also striving to make this new business everything we had ever dreamt of… blood, sweat, tears, but most importantly hopes and dreams… and that is what you see here today!
From day one, we have given our clients the best version of us that we had the ability to and could be that day, we want to be the best we can be, and we know that each day that passes we get better and better.. we hope that our best on day one is even BETTER today!👏🏻 and I can whole heartedly say it is!
The growth as humans, as a business, as horsemen and women, as practitioners, is noted daily! And we are so thankful for YOU… because without your belief in us and your love for your amazing equine athletes, none of this is possible.
Today we have a thriving business, amazing employees, we have added a rehab facility, a second sports medicine rig, we have designed and curated our own line of liniments and poultices, merch, and have just recently bought another facility in Arizona that we can’t wait to share 💜 We give back every time we can, we sponsor all that we can, and truly try to make a difference in people and horses lives!
From day ONE Jared and I wanted to build a business that truly MEANS something to us… a business that is a reflection of US. While we want to be known as the very best sports medicine vet…. We also want to be the person and business that adds a little extra pop of shine, color, sparkle, whatever it may be to your day! We not only want to make sure your horses feel amazing, but that you do too! Whether it’s a little extra sparkle in your shipment, a friendly face, or a hug, we want to build a brand, a work environment, and a place where people can smile, love what they do, and share a passion for HORSES. We want to build a team that works for YOU, that is available for you, that our clients can confidently access or confide in when they need us most!💜 And truthfully I think we have done a really great job of that… making people feel welcome. Daily we work on getting better, and while no one is ever perfect, we try dang hard to be!
We show up, work late, invest back, and thrive for greatness…. Seeing what we have built, and really stepping back to witness all that has happened in the last two years, really does feel like a DREAM COME TRUE.
