Way back Wednesday!

I used to hate the way I looked. I remember looking in the mirror and getting emotional with how unhappy I was with my body. But I’d never do anything about it. I would party, drink, eat like s**t, etc.

Then one day something clicked. I realized that no matter how upset I get about it, nothing will change unless I change.

Transforming your body is more than being motivated. Motivated comes and goes. It is all about discipline.

That means waking up when you don’t want to, to hit the gym. Eating the same boring meals when you’d rather have junk food and having SELF CONTROL.

4 years ago I decided NO MORE. I took action, made up my mind and stuck to it. Then BOOM, I am now confident with my physique and have surpassed all of my expectations. And we’re just getting started 😜

Easily one of the best chest pumps I’ve had in a while. Slowly putting on size day by day. When and I dial things in for spring, I don’t think we will have any issues taking what’s ours. 🏆
