Monday. June 1. Be there. The coaches met last night to cover philosophy and curriculum. We’re pretty pumped to teach you all some high-caliber division 1 level wrestling. I also want to throw a shoutout to my father in law, for this custom bench with the Odin’s Holl logo burned in, so incredible to have support from people like Lee, thank you! Also, a huge shoutout to for busting her butt prepping, painting, meeting the Code Enforcement Officer, setting the back mats out and everything in between. We definitely wouldn’t be this far without her.

A few things you’ll need after you sign up:
1.) USA wrestling card ( this is important for insurance and really important for any duals/tournaments)
2.) Wrestling shoes. They don’t have to be fancy and if you have an extra pair you’ve grown out of and would like to donate to our wrestling shoe library that would be fantastic;)

Welcome to the Holl!!! Train in comfy attire (no singlet required), bring water (or purchase a water here!). We have a changing room and a bathroom in our facility. Know the coaches are ready and because they went thru USA wrestling background check and safe sport trained, your athlete is safe with us!
