KIDS TRAINING CAMP‼️‼️‼️‼️
What’s up LoCo!! We are going to offer a strength and conditioning intro class for the youth from June 8th-July 3rd.
Dates: June 8th-July 3rd
Days and times: Monday/Tuesday/Friday @ 2:30 PM
Location: LoCo Fitness- 2908 W Walnut Street, Paris, AR
Age range: 8-14 years old
Duration: 1 hour sessions for a total of 12 visits
This 12 session camp will focus on BASIC fundamentals with emphasis on sports training. Concepts and lessons your kiddos can expect to learn and be trained on:
-Proper squat technique
-Explosiveness with jumping and lateral movements
-Proper body mechanics with basic movements such as a deadlift
-Sports agility and quickness
-Core strength
Who am I looking for?
I am looking for kids that are motivated, can listen to instruction, and apply themselves. This camp will be primarily focused on basic strength and conditioning with emphasis on sports performance. I need kids who want to improve in their sport, can stay focused on the task at hand, and are hard workers.
