We are less than a month away from the 2026 ISSEA Saddle Seat World Cup Competition at the historic Shelby County Fairgrounds to be held Wednesday, July 1 and Thursday, July 2.

The ISSEA World Cup competition will take place at the historic Shelby County Fairgrounds Wednesday, July 1-, Thursday July 2, 2026. The teams will practice Monday and Tuesday of that week so we need assistance in several areas before and during the competition.

We need volunteers to do any of the following:
Horse Help (Monday, June 29 thru Thursday, July 2)
1. Walk/hold horses in between practices and showing
2. Assist with bathing/grooming
3. Assist cleaning tack
4. Colling out horses

Other assistance (Tuesday thru Thursday)
1. Man a merchandise booth
2. Help set up VIP tables
3. Decorating/hanging signs

The US Saddleseat Association World Cup Team had an exceptional day of practice. We appreciate William Woods University and Missy Smith for providing access to their outstanding horses, faculty and are grateful to the exceptional William Woods students and Glendale Stables riders for preparing the horses and ensuring a seamless day of practice for the team members. We also would like to extend our thanks to Stacey Swalla & Associates for fueling the team with Ice Cream from Dairy Queen and Scooters Coffee!
