Weighted vests, tired legs, and full hearts. Our Murph crew showed up and showed OUT today — every single rep dedicated to the fallen. We are so grateful for this gym community. 💪

🇺🇸 Sheepdog Fitness will be closed this Monday, May 25th in honor of Memorial Day. We’re taking time to remember and honor the brave men and women who gave everything for our freedom. Regular classes resume Tuesday, May 26th — we’ll see you then.
