🛶 Next Kayaking Trip – Saturday, March 28
📍 Illinois Bayou - Russellville Arkansas

Session 1: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Session 2: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM

⚠️ Reservation required to join the trip. - PM or email me to complete your reservations. Kayaks are limited and reservations can fill up fast.

This is a 3-hour guided kayaking tour that’s family friendly (ages 9+) and perfect for beginners. We stay in calm water with easy paddling, making it a relaxing experience focused on enjoying nature and spending time out on the water near the shoreline.

All tours start with a brief instructions of how to kayak and what all the little features are that a lot of people had no idea about kayaks.

🌿 Great way to unplug and get away from the stress of everyday life.

Never kayaked before? No problem! Beginners are encouraged to come give it a try.

In the 6 years I’ve been running kayak tours, I’ve never had an unhappy kayaker.

Hello Kayakers!!! It’s been a while since I’ve posted. Two years ago today my wife and I moved to Arkansas and signed for our home. It’s been a long but exciting journey.

Yesterday we went kayaking and decided it was time to bring Kruisin’ Kayaks back. We found a great spot near Russellville and will start taking people out on tours again in a couple of weeks—just like we did in Texas.

The idea is simple: show up with family or friends, hop in a kayak, and enjoy the water. I’ll have up to nine kayaks available so everyone can have a great time.

Hello Kayakers, So to end all the wondering of what this exciting news is, I am here to announce that Angela, my wife, and I are looking to expand Kruis'n Kakays and modify this small business into Kruis'n Adventures and turn our beautiful 100yr old, 2 story home into a weekend Bed and Breakfast. Our recently renovated home has 3 bedrooms each with their own bathroom to offer. The property sits on 1 acre that includes a pool, a beauitiful stone backyard with a gazibo, waterfall, and firepit. It has a partly screened in wrap around porch with an extra large port swing. It is located just 3 block of downtown Paris Arkansas, which is known as the Gateway to Mount Magazine and wedged between 2 parts of the Ozark National Forest as it sits inside the Arkansas River Valley.
Therefore, Kruis' Kayak Adventures will be eventually renamed as Kruis'n Arkansas Adventures as we will still offer kayaking as we also have rivers, lakes and creeks to adventure down. However, there are many other adventures around here to offer as well, such as: hiking, exploring waterfalls, bear and elk watching, fishing(trout fishing, big and small river fishing), antiquing, plus the small town of Paris lights up and offers free horse buggy carriage rides, carroling and other Christmas activites all through the Christmas holidays, plus many other small town festivities, such as Crusin Nights, and 4th of July Fireworks, and concerts and such.
We are not that far from you as we are located in Central Western Arkansas, about 6hr drive from the Dallas Area. So consider this as one of your next weekend get away adventure as will offer adventure packages and be your guides so that you and your family can explore Arkansas and learn about the many things you can do here. Or, we can just be a place for you to stay so that you can go on your own adventures. This will be entirely up to you.
There is so much here to offer in Arkansas and we find that not everyone is fully aware of how beautiful this state is. Even we are discovering new things. It will take some time for us to put this together, but that is what we are working on and hope within the next 10 months we have a new place to offer family adventures.

Hello Kayakers. I know it has been a while, but we have very busy moving and getting acclimated to our new home and surroundings here in beautiful Arkansas. I have very exciting news that will be coming soon. This news is big and may even benefit my Texas friends as well. Stay tuned this is going to be awesome

Hello Kayakers, I hope everyone has a wonderful Christmas and a happy New Year.

We have an announcement to make and that is my wife and I have decided to move near the Ozark National Forest in Arkansas, so we will be taking the kayaks with us and unfortunatly closing out Kruisn Kayak Adventures.

There could be a possibility that we can schedule a couple of kayaking adventures duing the Spring and I will keep you posted

Thank you all for making this a fun adventure for me, but I unfortunatly and forturnatly will be planning new adventures in Arkansas and exploring new areas up there.

Happy Thanksgiving kayakers. I hope you all have a wonderful holiday. To let you know we still have kayaks available for this Saturday, Nov 25th. Go online and reserve yours today. Reservations close at 6pm tomorrow(Friday). We are going to do a full moon adventure that evening as well.

We will be at beautiful Lake Clark in Ennis. This is a perfect setup for people who have never kayaked before and we have kid kayaks and life vests as well. There is lots of wildlife around us and it is just relaxing to be on the water with family and friends
