Life wouldn't be worth living without my partner in crime. She has been a rock through the hardest times in my life.

The struggles with my mental health, watching me spiral so bad that I couldn't even get out of bed she was always there for me.

Encouraging me to literally clean the cobwebs off my bike and start riding again, eating healthy, taking care of myself.

On the list of things that broke a viscous cycle she was the most important and number 2 was and the program.

This isn't about winning or being the greatest thing ever on a bike. I'm pushing 40 anything resembling glory days are long gone. It's about proving to yourself you can do hard things and grow past your struggles no matter where you are in life.
