Apex Training and Nutrition is a Military Veteran owned business in Wise County, TX. It is a traveling personal training and nutrition program service. They can come to your house, business, park, gym, you name it! They bring all the equipment and support. All you need to do is set up the time! There is also a small home/garage gym available with everything one would need for their fitness goals!

Have kids and can’t afford daycare? No problem! We can meet at a park or your house while they play! Do you know a few friends that want to join you? We offer group classes as well!
