Had the opportunity to scout JB Thomas this week with working my full time job (True Chemical Solutions) out of Midland. With an upcoming trip on the books a few hours each night was needed with not being there for a year. It took all three nights to dial it in, but it all came together last night. With fish of this caliber, I like to have the option of targeting 10+ caliber fish and numbers. At JB Thomas you can do both. Last night did not end with a DD but the numbers were great. Even culled a few times.
I will continue to run trips at Thomas (and local, Fort Worth) but it will be one to two trips per week due to my boys football season firing up and hunting season around the corner.
