Please join this us this Sunday the 31st as we host our first official shop mountain bike ride. We'll meet up in the circular parking lot off of 96th St in Walnut Creek Recreation Area, begin the ride from the trailhead and roll out at about 5:30pm. As always, our group rides are beginner friendly going at an easy pace. We can also stop and session some features if anyone is feeling up for it.

As with all of our rides, helmets are required and please remember to bring your hydration and some snacks if needed.

Thank you Vicki for being our first Basic Bike Fit client!!!

Vicki had been experiencing discomfort on the saddle and pressure in the palms of her hands while riding. After making adjustments to her saddle height and installing a shorter stem, she is now in a much more comfortable position that better aligns with her body proportions.

Although she is not using clipless pedals yet, we were also able to demonstrate proper foot placement to help ensure consistent positioning on the pedals every time she rides.

With the exception of riders using comfort-style bicycles designed for a more upright riding position, we believe that nearly every cyclist can benefit from a Basic Bike Fit. If you have been experiencing any type of discomfort during your rides, please stop in or give us a call so we can explain the process and answer any questions you may have. If you are preparing for a major event or long-distance ride, we strongly recommend scheduling your bike fit well in advance. This allows your body time to properly adapt to any adjustments made to your riding position. Our Basic Bike Fit process takes approximately one hour and is priced at $100. Appointments are typically scheduled on weekends prior to the shop opening.

Hello Cycling Community!!!

Did you know we have a complimentary beverage station in the shop? We want every visitor to feel comfortable and at home when spending time with us, so we offer free coffee, tea, and bottled water.

We also have a table and chairs available if you would like to relax, socialize, or wait while we perform quick adjustments on your bike.

And for cyclists out on a ride, bottled water is always available if you need to refill or top off your hydration before heading back out.

If you notice the picture frame on the wall, it will regularly be updated with photos from our latest rides and events. Previous photos will then be added to the photo book on the table so we can always look back on the great memories and experiences we’ve shared together.

We look forward to seeing you at the shop!!

Good Morning Everyone!!!

We just received some more basic accessories as well as more nutrition choices and a nice range of stems and saddles. We now also have a very nice selection of vehicle racks from . They're still in their boxes right now but three of these will be on display by the end of the weekend.

And, a quick announcement, the bike shop WILL be open this Monday for Memorial Day and the weather is actually looking good for that day. If you're out cycling in the area, feel free to stop in to see what we have and check out the shop.
