WOW, just WOW

Charlie Finley signed a track sprinter named Herb Washington for one job, steal bases, and it actually worked.

He got into 105 games, scored a pile of runs, and never once stepped in to hit.

No at bats at all, ever.

It might be the strangest roster spot the game has ever seen.
