We are in the final week of Intro to Speed and Agility.

Today’s session will be held on the track and will begin at 2:00 PM in the stadium.

Information about future training opportunities will be shared later in the week.

Just a reminder that there is no Speed and Agility today. Due to a conflict with Coach Meinecke’s schedule, it has been moved to Tuesday morning.

Sessions this week:

Tuesday (3/3) – 6:30 AM

Thursday (3/5) – 6:30 AM

Everyone is encouraged to stop in the weight room for a quick lift after each session.

When school is on a delayed start, the weight room will be closed before school.

The weight room will now be open to all that want to lift AFTER SCHOOL on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 3:30-4:15.

All other options remain the same.

You will find some info on our Strength and Conditioning schedule below as we get the school year started. We will look to offer an after school option when we come back after Labor Day.

We believe that strength and conditioning play a vital role in athletic success, injury prevention, and sustained performance. By making performance training a core part of our athletic culture, we aim to prepare athletes not just to compete, but to thrive. Through consistent commitment and effort, every Panorama athlete will have the guidance, structure, and support needed to become stronger, safer, and more successful competitors.
