I am about bringing Stand Up Paddle Boarding to Florida waterways.One of the fastest growing water sports in the world! Providing proper board and paddle sizing .Providing a variety of adventures on the paddle board led by the owner herself. Including SUP group or private lessons, leading tours, yoga technique on the SUP, all equipment for rentals. Anyone who can stand can give this a try, male & female, all ages, skill levels. No experience necessary. Our beautiful southern climate and array of waterways makes Florida a great place to enjoy the outdoors.

First SUP Lesson of the season! A Panama City local. She is brand new to the area, only 3 weeks! She was fierce and strong, it was low tide, windy and the bay is still a bit cool. It’s National Florida Day! National Florida Day is celebrated on January 25 every year. The day was established to recognize Florida’s arrival as the 27th state. We aren’t entirely sure why, since Florida joined the Union on March 3, 1845. But we’ll take it, we ❤️Florida and celebrate it every day! 🍊🍊🍊
