We have been made aware that a single individual has decided that soccer is not a community sport and has blocked community access to Oak Grove Field at Robert and Mary Cain Park on Monday Wednesday and Friday. This is especially disappointing because as it stands this is the only place for soccer within the City limits of Panama City.

As such, for 30 days, or until this is remedied the newly remodeled and expanded St Andrews Soccer Lab will be open for FREE to anyone in the soccer community during the following hours:

Monday 3:00-4:30pm and 7:30pm-9:00pm
Tuesday 3:00-5:00pm and 6:30pm-9:00pm
Wednesday 3:00-5:00pm and 7:30-9:00pm
Thursday 3:00-5:00pm and 6:30-9:00pm
Friday 3:00-9:00pm
Saturday 10:00am-8:00pm (by appointment, just contact us 😁)
Sunday 10:00am-8:00pm (by appointment, just contact us 😁)

We are located at 1726 Frankford Ave behind Giambra vending.

We hope this will keep the soccer community of Panama City thriving. Especially with the World Cup this coming summer we know the community of soccer will continue to grow and we are here to support it any way possible.

⚓🔥 INTRODUCING… S.A.I.L. 🔥⚓
St. Andrews Indoor League is officially launching — and we’re kicking things off with a Spring Break Test Mini League!

This is high-paced, nonstop 3v3 on turf. Twenty-minute games. Running clock. No goalkeepers. Just quick decisions, tight spaces, creativity, and pure competition. If you love touches, speed, and intensity… this is your league.

📅 March 16–20 (Mon–Fri games)
🏆 Saturday Playoffs
⚽ Minimum 4 games guaranteed
👥 3 Divisions:
• Co-Ed Adult (18+)
• Co-Ed Middle/High (12–17)
• Co-Ed U12 (6–11)
(Max 8 teams per division)

💰 $60 per team (ALL inclusive)
👤 $20 individual registration (we’ll place you on a team)
👥 Rosters max 5 players

Games during the week will kick off between 5:00–8:30pm, with playoffs running Saturday from morning to evening.

We’re building something fun, fast, competitive, and community-driven. This is the first voyage for SAIL. ⚓⚽

St. Andrews Soccer Lab is hosting a Spring Break Day Camp — and it’s going to be 🔥

Five mornings of high-energy training, fast footwork, competitive small-sided games, skill challenges, and tons of touches on the ball in our indoor lab environment. This isn’t babysitting… this is development, confidence-building, and FUN wrapped into one action-packed week.

If your player wants to sharpen their skills, compete, and head back into the season sharper than ever — this is their week. ⚽💪

🌟 New at the Soccer Lab: Homeschool PE Class! 🌟

Looking for a fun and active way for your kids to connect, learn, and move during the week? We’re excited to introduce a brand-new Physical Education class designed just for homeschool families!

Led by a homeschooling mom, nurse, and fitness guru, this class is all about movement, teamwork, and fun. Kids will team up for cooperative games, learn line dancing, master jump rope and hula hoop skills, and play favorites like four square, tag, and dodgeball. They’ll also discover how their muscles work and why staying active keeps them strong and healthy. 💪

• Cost: $10 per class ($8 for additional siblings)
• When: Mondays at 11 AM, starting September 22nd

Panama City has been getting its fair share of storms lately — but here’s the good news: the weather doesn’t matter here. Our training space is fully indoor and built for consistency so you can stay sharp no matter what’s happening outside.

Whether it’s pouring rain, blazing sun, or anything in between, we’re open, we’re dry, and we’re training. No excuses. No cancellations. Just consistent work, day in and day out.

Big shoutout to local goalkeeper John Casteneda for being selected to play on the international stage! 🌍🧤

John has put in the work all across the community — including countless hours in the Lab during our goalkeeper sessions this spring. And this achievement is a powerful reminder that no one club or coach alone is responsible for a player’s development. It takes a village of opportunity, encouragement, and dedication to help players chase their dreams.
