🐣 Holiday Hours Notice 🐣

Cat 5 Sports Facility will be closed Saturday and Sunday in observance of Easter.

Members with after-hours access and instructors will still be able to use the facility.

Yesterday, our first athlete stepped up and left a message for Coach Terrance. Coach Terrance and Phil had big plans to install a plyo wall at Cat 5 soon. Hearing plans for the future made our hearts swell with pride and sadness at the same time. The best part of this story is that this athlete's name is not actually Phil; Coach Terrance got his name wrong, and this athlete was too respectful to correct him, so at Cat 5, he will forever be known as Phil. And Phil agrees that that's the only way it should be. # 0 Forever 💜

💙 An Update from Cat 5 Sports Facility 💙

To our Cat 5 family,

Over the past days, our facility has been filled with reflection, prayer, and remembrance as we grieve the loss of Terrance Gore—a coach, mentor, teammate, and friend who meant so much to so many of us.

We are deeply grateful for the patience, love, and support shown by our families, athletes, and community during this time.

With heavy hearts—but committed to honoring Terrance through the work he loved—we will resume normal business operations on Monday, February 9th.

Cat 5 has always been about more than training. It’s about family, character, and impact. Terrance helped build that culture, and we will carry his legacy forward every single day.

💙⚾ In Loving Memory of Terrance Gore ⚾💙

Terrance Gore was more than a professional athlete — he was a coach, a mentor, and a constant source of encouragement for so many of our kids. His impact reached far beyond the field, and his legacy will live on through the lives he touched.

We invite all athletes and families who were influenced by Terrance to join us at Cat 5 Sports Facility for a special memorial event honoring his life and legacy.

🖊️ Memorial Baseball Tribute
Each child is invited to write a short quote, message, or memory on a baseball. These baseballs will become part of a permanent memorial installation at Cat 5 — a reminder of the way Terrance inspired our community.

🧱 Permanent Memorial Project
During this week, we will also be building and installing Terrance’s MLB number — #0 — to hang inside the facility as a lasting tribute.

• Monday – Friday: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday & Sunday: 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM

This is an open-house style event — come by anytime during the listed hours.
