The foundation is in place, the coaching staff is set, and we are incredibly excited about the future of girls soccer at St. Andrews Soccer Club.

Our commitment remains the same: create an environment where players are challenged, supported, developed, and inspired to reach their potential. We believe the girls game in Bay County has never had more opportunity, and we’re ready to keep building something special together.

⚽️ A Statement About Who We Are Becoming ⚽️

When we started St. Andrews Soccer Club, we didn’t want to just build another club.

We wanted to be the club that invested the most in its players.

Today, we’re taking another major step toward that vision.

We are proud to announce Michael McCumbers as our Boys Director of Development.

Michael currently serves as Head Varsity Boys Soccer Coach at North Bay Haven, was recently named Bay County Soccer Coach of the Year, and brings experience from some of the highest levels of youth soccer development in the country.

But this announcement isn’t really about a title.

It’s about a commitment.

A commitment to better coaching.

A commitment to better player development.

A commitment to building something that lasts.

While others invest in administration, we’re investing in the people who develop players.

Because the future of this club will never be built in a corporate office.

It will be built on training fields.

Some of our favorite soccer memories have nothing to do with goals, trophies, or wins.

They happen in folding chairs on the sidelines. In long car rides home. In the backyard after dinner. In the quiet moments when a dad stays a little longer to help retrieve balls, tie cleats, or remind a player to keep believing in themselves.

Years from now, most players won’t remember every score.

They’ll remember who was there.

Happy Father’s Day to all the dads, grandfathers, stepdads, coaches, and father figures who continue to show up, sacrifice, encourage, and love so well.

Summer is here, and there is no better time for young players to fall in love with the game.

Our 8-Week Lil Saints Summer Program kicks off tomorrow and is designed specifically for players ages 6–9 (with some exceptions for 5 and 10-year-olds).

Whether your child is brand new to soccer or already running circles around the backyard, Lil Saints is all about:

ST. ANDREWS SOCCER CLUB NIGHT ⚽

There is something special about seeing the game played at the next level.

On June 27, St. Andrews Soccer Club will be heading to The Nest at Gene Cox Stadium for a special Club Night with the TLH Reckoning.

Our players will have the opportunity to be part of the matchday atmosphere, walk out with the teams, meet players after the game, and experience high-level women’s soccer right here in our region.

One of the best ways to grow as a player is to watch the game. To see the speed, the movement, the decision-making, and the passion that make soccer such a beautiful sport.

We hope to see the stands filled with St. Andrews families as we come together for a night of soccer, community, and inspiration.

⚽️💗 Our St. Andrews Soccer Club family is rallying around one of our own. 💗⚽️

Many of you may know Misha from our Lil Saints program this past spring, and his two brothers currently play within our Academy. The Roell family is facing an incredibly difficult time, and right now they need the support of their community.

As a club, we believe soccer is about far more than wins, losses, and trophies. It is about family. It is about showing up for one another when life gets hard.
