I want to thank everyone for all the kind words about my parents and our charter fishing business. It is a great feeling to know that over all the years we were able to provide a great experience for all our customers and all those who worked with us. I never realized the impact my Dad and Mother had on everyone. I'm certain they feel the love from everyone. Thank y'all so much.

To all my former and current customers, after 58 years in the for hire charter fishing business in Panama City, I have retired. The LEO TOO has been sold and the new owner operates out of Perdido Key, west of Pensacola. Both of my parents have passed away over the last 3 months so it is time to shut down Capt Bob Zales Zodiac Charter Fleet and Capt Bob Zales Charters, llc. It has been a wonderful 58 years where our customers have become friends. Hopefully through all the calm and rough seas we have been able to provide an enjoyable experience and landed some fish.
When you look for another charter boat feel free to contact me as I can recommend several good operations that will provide you a great experience. Thanks for all the support over the years.

All should see this

I don't know why this hasn't received more publicity, but this fifty-foot sculpture was unveiled recently in South Dakota.
It's called 'Dignity' and was done by artist Dale Lamphere to honor the women of the Sioux Nation.

Greater Amberjack will open for 24 days on 8-1-23. This will be the only days you will be able to keep aj until the middle of ‘24, if then! We have open days in Aug so if you want to fish for aj, call us.

If you want to catch and keep a greater amberjack anytime in the next year, and maybe 2, the season will open 8-1-23 and close on 8-24-23. You have been graciously provided 24 days by the noaa/nmfs to do so.

Day 1 2023 red snapper

The 2023 red snapper season will be from June 1 thru Aug 24, with the 24th the last day. We have been and are booking for the red snapper season. We have some days left in June and a few more in July and Aug is wide open. The minimum trip for red snapper is 6 hours and we do 8 and 10 hour trips. Call for availability, pricing, and reservations. We look forward to a good season.
