The PanCare of Florida, Inc. Sports Physical Bus will be on campus May 21-22 (see flyer for details). Physicals include the required EKG per Florida guidelines, and appointments are required. Forms must also be filled out in entirety and signed by a guardian before the scheduled appointment. All required forms are available for download from the above link
