Full Stretch Session
Splits Work
• Right split stretch
• Left split stretch
• Middle split stretch
Hold each 30–45 seconds.
Back Flexibility
• Bridge holds x 3 - 10 seconds each
• Wall Walks into backbend - x 5
• Seal/Cobra stretch × 3 - 15 seconds each
Shoulder Flexibility
• Wall shoulder stretch - 30 seconds
• Arm circles - 30 seconds
• Overhead reach - 10 seconds
Jump Conditioning
3 Rounds
• 10 tuck jumps
• 5 Herkie's (both sides)
• 5 toe touches
