SUNRISE RUN ☀️🌴☕

We’re taking the run club east side for a special morning meetup at Panama City Coffee.

We’ll head out for a scenic beach route, catch the sunrise over the Gulf, grab some miles with friends, and stick around afterward for coffee, smoothies, and conversation.

Whether you’re chasing a PR or just looking for a reason to get moving before work, come join us.

POV: Every runner when someone asks why we willingly wake up before sunrise, sweat through our clothes, spend money on shoes, and voluntarily run for hours…

“Is it an addiction?”

No, it’s not an addiction.

It’s just the first thing I think about when I wake up.
It’s how I plan my day.
It’s where all my money goes.
And if I miss a few days I get a little grumpy.

Totally different.

Funny how the hardest part is usually convincing yourself to keep moving… and then somehow you end up feeling amazing by the end.

Anybody else’s legs file a formal complaint during the first mile? 🤣
