Let’s Go England!! No doubt John is on the edge of his seat right now watching the World Cup 2026!

Here are some of his photos from his pro soccer days playing for Aston Villa in Birmingham, England. Circa 1973. The postcard is of the stadium where they played. An Aston Villa jersey & several newspaper clippings of him and his team.

We urged him to go to this game today in Atanta, his jaw hit the floor on the price to sit in the stands. “No way I’m paying that kind of money, when I use to go for free!” Either way he is watching & studying every second of this game!

He’ll be in tomorrow, Thursday, July 3 from 12:30 to 4 if you want to talk about the game with him.
