👉🏽 Round 1: 60s on/ 30s off
Round 2: 50s on/ 25s off
Round 3: 40s on/ 20s off
👉🏽 Once each round is completed, take an additional 1min. of rest.

1A) Seal Rows 4x8 ( 3s pause at the top of each rep)
1B) Heels-Elevated DB Squats 4x10 (5s pause at the bottom of each rep)
Rest 90s

2A) Prone Scarecrow Press 3x10
2B) Suspended Bicep Curls 3x15
2C) Walking DB Lunges 3x24 (12 down & back)
Rest 90s

3A) Dead-Stop Push-Ups 4x20
3B) Backward Sled 🛷 Drags 4x50 Feet

💥10 MIN. THIGH IGNITER💥

🧔🏻 Got 10 minutes? Sure as hell ya do!

👉🏽Here’s a quicker Bodyweight Split Squat Ladder 🪜that can be done anywhere.

👉🏽 Start the clock ⏰ for 10 minutes. Begin with a single repetition for each leg, add a single rep for 10 straight minutes.

🧔🏻 Bodyweight should be PLENTY here, but if you’re feeling extra masochistic, add some load ( Weight Vest, DB’s etc.) I got up to 20 reps/Leg for a total of 210/ Leg; 420 total and I was good to go!

👉🏽I also added a riser for more ROM( Range Of Motion), that definitely intensified it all. Let me know if ya give it a go!

💥5 MOVE AB BLITZ💥

👉🏽 Here’s a quick little bodyweight AB circuit you can do ANYWHERE.

👉🏽 50s on/ 10s off for all movements to be done in succession. Once all exercises are completed, rest 60s. Aim for 5 total rounds. Get it.👊🏽

1️⃣ Alternating Sprinter Sit-Up to V-Sit

2️⃣ Side Plank Hip Dip + Thread The Needle + Abduction( Stay on your forearm for a regression) -Left Side-

3️⃣ -Right Side -

4️⃣ Alternating Reverse Dead bug + Reverse Crunch + Hip Up

5️⃣ Extended Plank 3-Ways

1.) Eccentric Dragon 🐉 Flags 4x10-12. Rest 60s between sets.

2A) Y,W,T,Snow Angels 4x8 each
2B) Slight Incline DB One-Arm Chest Press (Heavy as ya can, with solid form) 4x 8-10. Rest 60s between sets.

3A) Slight Incline MB DB Squeeze Press into Chest Press 3x10/ Each
3B) Earthquake Bar Bicep Curl 3x12,10,10
Rest 75s between sets.

4A) Seated Cable Chest Flys 3x20,15,15
4B) Cable Lean-Away Eccentric Curls 3x12
Rest 60s between sets.

5A) MB Reactive Chest Passes 2x60s
5B) Hammer Curls 2x60s
Rest 60s between sets.
