A knocker rig is about as simple as it gets!

Your egg sinker slides directly on the leader and rests right against the hook, keeping the bait down near the bottom with less hardware, less tangling, and plenty of natural movement. Perfect for dropping baits on reefs and structure offshore in the Gulf.

And yes…we made sure we got the name right this time. 😂

After accidentally calling a Carolina rig a knocker rig, we learned two things: mistakes happen, and we should probably double-check our homework before hitting record.

We own it, laugh about it, and keep fishing. That’s what it’s supposed to be about.
